Our Story / § 001

A Guild
Bound by Tradition

Pieced Together Quilters was born from a simple desire: to bring the art of quilting into the modern era without losing the soul of the craft. We are a community of makers dedicated to the meticulous beauty of the stitch.

Our founders envisioned a guild that functioned with the precision of a pattern and the warmth of a handmade gift. What emerged was a structured hub for creativity—a place where the technical and the emotional converge to create something truly enduring.

§ 02THE GATHERING

IIt began in a small living room, surrounded by bolts of cotton and the rhythmic hum of sewing machines. A group of neighbors realized that while quilting is often a solitary act, the spirit of the craft thrives in community. They sought to create a space where traditional techniques could meet modern aesthetics, ensuring the art of the stitch would never fade.

§ 03THE MISSION

EEducation became our cornerstone. From beginner workshops to advanced masterclasses, Pieced Together Quilters was built to be a living archive of skill. We believe that every member, whether a novice or a master, has a unique pattern to contribute. Our guild is a structured sanctuary where precision meets the warmth of shared purpose.

§ 04THE LEGACY

TToday, our guild stands as a testament to the power of collective creativity. Through our annual raffle quilts, community outreach programs, and seasonal retreats, we continue to weave the fabric of our local culture. Every stitch is deliberate, every meeting is a celebration, and every new member is a vital thread in our growing tapestry.

The community you join today is the result of decades of shared knowledge. We invite you to explore our calendar, join our programs, and discover what becomes possible when we stitch our lives together.

We do not just sew.
We preserve community.
